Can I submit a product to be carried in your store?

You can submit a product by emailing us a description, cost, and sending links and/or pictures. If we are interested in carrying the product we will contact you. Please give as much information about the product in your initial email as possible.

Where is my order?

When your order shipped we would have sent you a shipment notification with a tracking number. Check your email inbox and follow the link to track the package. If you are unable to locate the email, or you need additional help, don't hesitate to send us an email. NOTE: The USPS does not track packages that are shipped via International First-Class mail. We will not be able to track the package for you. If your package doesn't show up after 45 days please contact us for available options.

How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?

To cancel an order, simply send us an e-mail and explain the situation. It’s important to contact us as soon as possible. If your shirts have already been printed there will be a $5/per shirt restocking fee. In addition, if your order has already been shipped you are obligated to cover shipping costs.


How do I add to or change my order?

As soon as you have realized you want to make a change to your order, send us an e-mail email and explain. You may also reach us by phone at (713) 791.3844 between 9:30-5:30 Central.

How do I return an item?

Send the item to Poppa And I 3103 Trotwood Ln Katy, Texas 77494 and include a note with your name, order #, and phone #. Simply tell us what you would like to exchange for or if you prefer a refund (non-customizable shirts only) and we will process the exchange within 5 business days.


Why have I been charged twice?

Chances are-- you haven’t been. When a card is declined your bank will hold on to funds for up to three business days, after which they are automatically reverted back into your account. If you process your order (i.e. click the submit button) more than once you may have been declined for one transaction while the other has gone through. The first step is to call your bank and find out when those funds will be available to you. If you discover that Poppa And I indeed has mistakenly charged you twice, don’t hesitate to call (713) 791-3844 between 9:30-5:30 CENTRAL or e-mail us. We will refund your account immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Canada and United States.

Can you put my name on a shirt or make a custom print?

Yes we can. Just give us all the information and we will get it on the t-shirt for you.

I am interested in doing a review/giveaway for Poppa And I. How do I go about doing that?

We love to partner up with awesome bloggers such as yourselves! However, due to the sheer number of requests we receive we are unable to work with everybody. If you are interested then please send an email to poppaandi@gmail.com with your blog information, and the details of your request (i.e. review only, review + giveaway). We will then follow up with information if we are able to work with you. Please keep in mind that Poppa And I never pays to be reviewed by bloggers.


Why do you only use Google Checkout?

We love Google Checkout. We feel that Google is constantly making improvements and updating their checkout service, therefore making it one of the safest ways to make purchases online today. If you do not feel safe putting your information online please feel free to contact us either by email or phone and we can figure out another form of payment for you.
